Open Office Download Free Mac 10.6.8 Updated

Hello,

I take the current OpenOffice 3.4.1 on my laptop (Mac OS 10.6.8).
I can't apply information technology on my Power Mac G5 (OS ten.4.11 PPC) because the current version is Intel only.

Is it possible to download an older version of OpenOffice compatible with OS 10.iv.11 PPC?
If then, from where is it available?

The version I gave a link to is an old version of OOo released on 09-Mar-2011. Information technology was the terminal version released for PPC Macs. OpenOffice.org 3.3 was non released for PPC Mac. Apache OpenOffice does not accept versions for PPC Macs.

LibreOffice, a derivative clone of OpenOffice, continues to back up PPC Macs in its latest releases.

Cheers for the further data. I now have to decide which i to download for my Mac ten.four.11 PPC. Practise you know if LibreOffice is as good as OpenOffice? Given my state of affairs, which would you go for?

On this forum volunteers use both OpenOffice and/or LibreOffice, every bit they decide. I incertitude y'all will run into any notable deviation between one and the other.

Thanks for your comment. In that instance I retrieve I'll opt for LibreOffice since it's still being developed for PPC Macs like mine.
